Your reading is considered delivered when it is sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Each reading is custom-made specifically for you. It cannot be returned, resold, or transferred. The resources required to generate your reading are consumed at the moment of creation.
Non-Resonance Is Not a Refund Reason
Our readings are interpretive in nature. A reading that does not personally resonate with you, does not feel accurate, or does not meet your expectations is still considered a fully completed and delivered service.
Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- The reading did not resonate with you or feel accurate
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You did not open, read, or use the reading
- You disagree with the insights or recommendations
- You expected a different type of product or service
- You purchased by mistake
- You provided incorrect information
- You were unable to receive the reading due to email issues on your end (wrong email, spam filters, full inbox)

Waiver of Cancellation Rights
By purchasing, you consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your personalized reading and acknowledge that you lose any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once your reading has been delivered.
Limited Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if:
- You were charged but never received your reading due to a verified technical error on our end.
- You received a reading generated with incorrect data due to a verified system malfunction on our end.
Exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to info@thewhypattern.com. Even in these cases, we may offer a re-delivery or regenerated reading instead of a refund.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issue, please contact us first at info@thewhypattern.com. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered reading is a breach of our Terms of Service. We maintain comprehensive delivery records and will contest chargebacks for delivered readings.
