Your personal data is sent to trusted third-party AI processing services solely for the purpose of generating your reading. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service or make a purchase. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Your Purchase

When you purchase a reading, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, birth data, and questionnaire responses. The quality and relevance of your reading depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for readings that feel inaccurate or irrelevant due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by you.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

Delivery

Your personalized reading will be delivered to the email address you provide, typically within minutes of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-receipt caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam or junk filters, email service provider issues, or other factors outside our control.

A reading is considered delivered when it is sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you receive, open, or read the email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address.

No Refunds

Each reading is a one-of-a-kind digital product, fully personalized and generated specifically for you. All sales are final once your reading has been delivered. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on delivered readings.

Our readings are interpretive in nature. A reading that does not personally resonate with you is still considered a fully completed and delivered service.

Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that your reading is a personalized digital product and that service begins immediately upon purchase. You consent to this immediate commencement and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your reading has been delivered. This applies to any statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights under the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and Australian Consumer Law.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us first at info@thewhypattern.com so we can resolve it fairly. Initiating a chargeback for a service that was delivered as described constitutes a breach of these Terms. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and delivery confirmations, and we will contest any chargeback filed for a delivered reading.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our readings, including text, design, graphics, logos, methodology, and system architecture, is owned by WHY and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a reading, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your reading for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit your reading. You may not use it to create a competing product or service. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate our methodology or system architecture.

Accuracy and Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading. Any reliance on the material provided through our service is at your own risk.

User Conduct

When using our website and service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party providers including Stripe for payment processing and AI services for reading generation. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or reliability of these third-party services.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, server failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or government actions.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Changes to These Terms
